    In this 2-hour one-on-one consultation for you, your child or family, we’ll aim to learn about your: ● Health history ● Health goals ● Current relationship to food ● Lifestyle choices and goals ● Cooking interests and abilities ● Kitchen set-up You’ll then receive your culinary nutrition prescription, which is a game-plan to help you achieve your wellness goals. We work together in choosing the best strategy and tailor it specifically for YOU. The prescription may include hands-on cooking classes, a pantry upgrade, a trip to the market or other custom workshops.

  • Market Mindfulness

    We all need a little help navigating the ever-growing number of food products we can find in any supermarket. In this class, you’ll learn how to read labels and sift through the not-great options and the better ones. Are you more curious about what that oddly shaped vegetable is at your local farmers market? We could visit your local farmer’s market to learn about what’s in season and how to prepare it. We may even make a few farmer friends.

  • Whole Foods Cooking

    In this hands-on, customized cooking class, you will learn cooking techniques and will gain confidence navigating your kitchen. You’ll walk away with recipes and menu plans to suit your needs/goals.

  • Pantry Upgrade

    It’s time to upgrade your pantry. If you’re keen to eat and cook your way to health and happiness, a pantry filled with whole foods and high quality staples such as oils, vinegars, grains, beans and spices is a must. You will be setting yourself up for success each time you cook.
