Garlicky Golden Cauliflower

Yields 6 servings 

You’ll need:

1 large head of cauliflower, cut into bite sized florets

2 cloves garlic, minced or crushed

3-4 T extra virgin olive oil

1/4 t ground turmeric

1/2 t sea salt or Himalayan salt

To make:

1.  Preheat oven to 375F/190C.

2.  Place cauliflower florets on a prepared sheet pan with parchment paper. Add the garlic, olive oil, turmeric and salt and gently toss with your hands until all the florets are coated in oil and turmeric.

3.  Roast for 40-45 minutes or until golden and softened. (My girls like some of them to be a little crispy so we leave some to cook a little longer.)

4.  Enjoy over rice, a salad, next to your protein, for breakfast, lunch or dinner!
